• Booking information: when you book a trailer, we collect your name, email address, phone number, your rental dates and trailer choice, and any note you add.
• Contact form submissions: when you send a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message.
• Session cookie: our site sets a single session cookie needed for the site to function (for example, remembering a theme preference and securing the owner login). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use third-party analytics.

Why we collect it

We use booking information for exactly one purpose: operating your rental — confirming your dates, preparing the trailer, and contacting you about your booking. Contact form messages are used only to respond to you.

Where your data lives

Booking and contact information is stored in our own database on the server that runs this website. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties, except as needed to operate the service (for example, our hosting provider stores the server the database runs on) or where the law requires it.

Data retention

We keep booking records and contact messages for our business records — typically up to three years — after which we periodically delete old entries.

Requesting deletion

Want your information removed sooner? Email progradedemolition@gmail.com from the address you booked or wrote to us with, and we will delete your booking and contact records unless we're required to keep them (for example, an active rental).

Children's privacy

Our services are for adults who can enter a rental agreement. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and its effective date. Meaningful changes will be noted here before they take effect. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
